Do I have to book, or can I just show up?

We welcome walk-ins, although we recommend you book a table, especially on the weekends. Taco Tuesdays is a walk-in-only evening every Tuesday 5pm-10pm.

How do I cancel a booking?

You can instantly cancel via your booking confirmation email or give us a phone call. Please note, depending on the timing of your cancellation, you may lose your holding deposit fee. Details will be outlined on your initial booking confirmation. 

How do I make a change to an existing booking?

You can edit a booking on your initial confirmation email or simply by giving us a phone call.

Do your dish descriptions mention every ingredient?

Of course we do! At Franks, we provide you with every detail that you could possibly want!

Does Franks cater for people who have allergies?

Absolutely. We ask that you inform a member of staff at your earliest convenience so we can understand the severity of any allergies so that we can cater accordingly for you.
